The GoodHealth PR Swagbag Delivers Wellness and Clean-Up On the Go

Writer’s note: Even though these products were gifted to me, all the thoughts and opinions shared here are completely my own. My reviews are based on my personal experience with the products, aiming to give you an honest and unbiased perspective.

What I Tried

I tried a small but mighty selection of wellbeing essentials from FreshWipes, elete™, and BetterYou - all chosen for their practicality, convenience, and focus on making self-care that bit easier on busy days.

The FreshWipes Body Wipes (Ocean Fresh) (£5.99). were a total game-changer. They’re proper, full-sized wipes that actually leave you feeling clean but not sticky or perfumed. Perfect for those mornings when I’ve somehow managed to spill coffee, get dog hair on my jumper, and still need to look vaguely presentable for the nursery gates.

The Ocean Fresh Rinse-Free Shampoo Cap (£5.50) was another surprise hit. I wasn’t expecting much from something that promises a hair wash without water, but it genuinely left my hair feeling fresh and soft. Perfect for when you’re ill, camping, or just can’t face washing your hair between bath time and bedtime stories.

Next up was the elete™ Pocket Bottle 25ml (£8.90), a concentrated electrolyte solution you can add to any drink. I started using it on busy days when I realised I’d only had two sips of water and five cups of coffee. It’s simple, flavourless, and stops me feeling quite so drained by mid-afternoon.

Then came the trio from BetterYou, who never seem to miss. The BetterYou Vitamin B12 Boost Oral Spray (£12.49)  is a quick, easy way to support energy levels without swallowing tablets. I’ve been using it mid-afternoon as a little pick-me-up, and I love how simple it is - just a few sprays under the tongue and done.

The BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Body Spray  (£14.99) has also earned a spot in my nightly routine. A few sprays before bed help ease tension and promote relaxation - perfect after a long day at my desk or chasing around a toddler.

Lastly, I tried the BetterYou Magnesium Water (Energy) (£17.99 for a 12-pack). It’s a lightly sparkling, naturally flavoured drink that’s ideal for those afternoons when I’m tempted to reach for another coffee but really just need hydration and a quiet moment to breathe.

My Experience & Results

As any parent of a toddler knows, self-care often comes somewhere between “when I remember” and “not today.” So, finding products that actually fit into real life - rather than needing a whole ritual - felt like a small win in itself.

The FreshWipes Body Wipes were the first thing I reached for, and they’ve earned a permanent spot in my nappy bag. Between snack explosions, playground mud, and the general chaos of toddlerhood, they’re perfect for quick clean-ups (for both of us). They’re large, strong, and genuinely refreshing - the Ocean Fresh scent is subtle and clean, without that overpowering “cheap wipe” smell.

The Rinse-Free Shampoo Cap might sound niche, but it’s one of those things you don’t know you need until you do. I tested it on one of those days where washing my hair felt like climbing Everest - and it honestly worked. My hair felt soft, clean, and fresh without a single drop of water. It’s a godsend for post-illness days, travel, or even just when the toddler refuses to let you shower in peace.

The elete™ Pocket Bottle has been a quiet hero. It’s tiny enough to keep in my handbag and gives my water a real boost without adding any flavour. I started using it on days when I realised I’d been running around since breakfast and barely drunk anything - and I did notice I felt less wiped out.

BetterYou products have been part of my routine before, but trying them all together made me realise how clever their formulas are for busy people. The Vitamin B12 Boost Oral Spray genuinely helped lift my energy, especially during that mid-afternoon slump when caffeine stops working. It’s so easy to use that I’ve actually stuck with it - no water, no pills, no fuss.

The Magnesium Sleep Body Spray has been a little moment of calm at bedtime. A few sprays before I collapse into bed help me unwind, and I’ve found my sleep has been deeper since using it. Bonus: it’s also great for easing those tense shoulders that come from carrying a wriggly toddler all day.

Finally, the BetterYou Magnesium Water (Energy) has become my go-to during long afternoons. It’s lightly sparkling, refreshing, and doesn’t taste like a supplement at all - just a clean, crisp drink that helps keep fatigue at bay. It’s been a lovely alternative to my usual grab-and-go coffee habit.

Altogether, these little products ended up feeling less like “festival freebies” and more like genuine daily essentials - the kind that quietly make life with a toddler a bit easier, cleaner, and calmer.

About the Brands

FreshWipes is a UK brand born out of practicality - created to help people stay clean and confident when showering isn’t an option. Their wipes and rinse-free products are designed to be gentle on skin but tough on odour, making them ideal for travel, camping, post-gym use, or busy family life.

elete™ Electrolyte Add-In takes hydration seriously. Their concentrated electrolyte formula can be added to any drink to help replace essential minerals lost through sweat or daily activity - no sugar, no artificial additives, just clean, functional hydration. It’s especially handy for anyone juggling long days, workouts, or parenthood (sometimes all three).

BetterYou is one of the UK’s most trusted names in nutritional supplements, known for its innovative sprays and transdermal products. Backed by science and formulated for real-life convenience, their range focuses on making wellness simple - from energy support and better sleep to magnesium and vitamin replenishment.

Final Thoughts

What started as a random festival swag bag turned out to be a mini survival kit for life with a toddler. Between sleepless nights, sticky hands, and constant chaos, these little products have genuinely made my days easier - and that’s saying something.

The FreshWipes range has become my go-to for quick freshen-ups when I don’t have two minutes to myself (or running water nearby). The Rinse-Free Shampoo Cap might sound like something you’d only use in a hospital or camping (or, you know, at a festival where you might encounter these swagbags), but trust me - on “mum days,” it’s a lifesaver.

The elete™ Pocket Bottle has kept me more hydrated than I’ve been in years, and BetterYou’s clever sprays and drinks have quietly slotted into my routine without any effort. Together, they’ve reminded me that self-care doesn’t have to mean candles and long baths - sometimes it’s just about making everyday life a bit more manageable.

So while I didn’t expect much from a festival goodie bag, I ended up with a set of genuinely useful, mum-approved essentials. Practical, portable, and designed for real life - the kind of self-care that actually sticks.
