How To Make A Virgin Piña Colada

IMG_4448.jpeg

Don’t worry ladies and gents, I’ve got your Dry January sorted (that is, if you’re still doing Dry January and haven’t reached for the wine in the midst of all the crisis going on in America and lockdown 3 announced in the UK). To keep your taste buds active and your alcohol consumption at a low, I’ve concocted the perfect recipe for how to make a dreamy Piña Colada.

Ingredients

1 x pineapple, chopped

1 x tin of coconut cream

1 x carton of pineapple juice

Ice

Method

Chop up your pineapple into small chunks.

Get your hands on a blender or Nutri-Bullet type gizmo, and add the pineapple chunks until they fill it half way. Pour on about 1/4 of the pineapple juice, and a dash of coconut cream and add some ice.

BLITZ!

Once blended, have a taste and add more ingredients where needed.

If you really do want to add in alcohol, chuck in a measure of white rum for that extra little kick!
