The State of Meditation

When we see the wall of blackness in front of our eyes, somewhere in there was a restlessness of mind, a plan is always recommended and that is meditation. No state of weirdness explodes here in our brain and mind.

Simply discard our mind from the outer world, sit straight, fold our legs in 'padmasana' and set our fingers in specific coin with our eyes closed. Then with a deep breath pronouncing the strong word "Om", there is only one thing we are sure of: concentration, dedication where we do not peer back the way we came from, we do not hear anything except the voice of our inner mind.

Well, for some minutes or time we hide our worries and pain. When we close our eyes, a light splits the darkness of closed eyes, it takes us into an outer mortal world, into a regal distant soul.

When we open our eyes, we feel like kicking all the worries from our life. We find a new way to go around. For the time being, we forget recalling our old worries. Some impossible challenges seem to be overcome, peace guards our mind, soul and spirit. When we wake up from meditation, it gives us a silent message. We are not defeated.
